indeed, i think the Bill of Rights is being dragged down the drain in the US, and you see less and less the true right to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of religious worship. Americans are slowly being stripped off their rights without noticing it... well, i went into political analysis mode just then...
