Sounds an awefull lot like one of those Russian lady scammers. Definite lack of English comprehension, lots of "oh you look like such a loving and wonderfull person and I'm instantly in love with you" type comments.
Honestly, I don't know what's more amazing. That there are people in the world who would stoop so low as to play on people's emotions in order to scam them, or the fact that there are apparently enough people out there that are so desperate they actually fall for this kind of stuff & the scammers keep at it.
